CM8Game reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if such abuse is detected.
All bets confirmed and accepted by the cm8game system are final and cannot be cancelled or altered once the relevant match or event has begun. Bets placed after an event has started (except in permitted live betting markets) will be automatically voided.
If a match is postponed and resumes within 36 hours of the original scheduled time, active bets will be retained. If the match is fully cancelled or postponed beyond 36 hours, bets will be refunded to your cm8game account. Exceptions may apply for certain markets where the outcome has already been determined (such as a first blood that occurred before the cancellation).
CM8Game strives to ensure the accuracy of all displayed odds. However, if a technical or human error results in clearly incorrect odds being shown, cm8game reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount to members. CM8Game's determination of whether an odds error has occurred is final.
In cm8game's live betting, there may be a delay between events occurring in an actual match and the odds being updated on our platform. CM8Game is not liable for any losses arising from such delays. All live bets accepted during a period of incomplete odds suspension may be voided at cm8game's discretion.
All casino games at cm8game – including blackjack, poker, roulette, baccarat, and slots – use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
If a disconnection occurs during an active casino game session, cm8game will attempt to resume the session from the last state recorded by the server. If recovery is not possible, cm8game will make a fair determination based on system records. CM8Game's decision in such situations is final.
